Dear PBRP Partners,
I had a nice visit with David Ebenstein the other day. We met so he could gather information to do my 30 second commercial, and so I could get a tour of his facility.
His office is easy to get too (just south of
Okeechobee and a bit west of 95). It's a big office! It has lots of different rooms where the different phases of production take place. There's even an upstairs where some of the offices are, including David's. It's a much bigger operation than I thought it would be, because David describes it as small, so I pictured David doing EVERYTHING himself!!!! I thought it was him and like three other people, but he has a lot of employees working in the press room. I met his son, and he is very polite and personable. He was outside in front of the building when I parked my car, and he greeted me on my way in, although I didn't know who he was until David introduced him later. David and I discussed projects he could help me with to promote my massage business, and I'm especially interested in ordering promotional products to be placed in the gift bags for some of the fund raisers he does work for. I consider this great inside information.
If you haven't already, I encourage everyone to visit David at TransAmerica Printing. You may be inspired with an idea that David can help you with to promote your business. It's kind of like going into CVS -- you go in for one thing and you come out with five things we didn't even think of until we saw them in the store. The more patronage we give each other, the more first hand experience we'll have with each other's services and the more genuine our referrals will be!
See you at lunch!

Dear Cyrus,
Just a quick note to say thank you for all the time, effort and understanding you gave to me in planning our March 9th gala for the American Technion Society. You made what you do look so easy when I know how really difficult it can be dealing with time schedules, everyone’s opinions and suggestions and everything and anything that can go wrong and usually does. Our event was lovely and you helped make it so.

John,
Thank you for all your hard work on the Museum’s new membership brochure. It looks spectacular! The look is very sophisticated and exactly what I was looking for. I am very proud to have this collateral piece represent us. I really enjoyed working with you and your outstanding team. I am looking forward to more partnerships in the future with TransAmerica Printing.

Dear David,
There is no way to thank you sufficiently for everything you did to make our 50th Anniversary Dream Gala such a successful event! Your sponsorship alone would have been a most generous gift. There is no doubt in my mind that The Arc could not be what it is today without the king of support for our people and programs that sponsors like TransAmerica Printing make possible.
With much appreciation,
Michael Papa
Executive Director

I just wanted to send you a quick note to thank everyone at TransAmerica Printing for the wonderful job you all did with the Cathedral Renovation Campaign brochures. Thanks especially for putting it together with such a tight deadline. I really appreciate everyone’s hard work, professionalism, and attention to detail. The campaign is going very well and I am sure that the brochure has a lot to do with it.

Sandy,
I am in such a rush to get this proofed and ready to roll. But I MUST take time out to compliment you - I don't know how you managed to get all my stuff in and with the graphics and make it look so terrific. I knew I was giving you a real challenge and I absolutely LOVE this issue!! You are so talented. The Showtime page has never looked better. The Carlisle Corner is captivating and the inside cover and 3rd page - I sincerely don't know how you did it. I am very, very grateful.

David,
Thanks again for all your hard work on having the program put together in time for the Workforce Summit. The board members, our CEO and several community leaders commented on the impressive print materials that were displayed at the event. Also, thank Mickey for me for delivering the signs and doing such a great job on the signs over the holiday weekend. Thank Michelle for her patience and Cyrus for always being so helpful - you have a great team.

First Bank: Customer Profile
First Bank of the Palm Beaches will begin to profile some of our current customers in an effort to introduce members of our community to one another. For our first profile, we chose our friends at TransAmerica Printing and business owner David Ebenstein.
TransAmerica Printing is a West Palm Beach business that has been in operation since 1989. Paul and Mary Ann Rhing started the business and grew it into a local success. In late 2006, the Rhings decided to retire and asked their manager of two years, David Ebenstein, if he had any interest in buying the business.
TransAmerica Printing is a full service printer specializing in stationery, newsletters, brochures, business forms, and promotional items. So how is TransAmerica different from the other printers out there? David says, “We care. We make sure that they (our customers) receive what they want as well as what they need in as problem free an atmosphere as possible. We respond to situations calmly. We believe what we are doing is important and treat each customer and each other with the same respect as we expect to be treated. We appreciate their business and let them know it.” |
